Which animal traits underpin or best describes your leadership style? Ostrich Platypus Meerkat Burrowing Shrew Elephant Ostrich - dig holes in the dirt to use as nests for their eggs. Several times a day, a bird puts her head in the hole and turns the eggs. They’re not burying their head, they are working. Platypus - grudgingly share the same body of water with other animals, never interacting with them except during breeding season. Meerkats - are highly social and live in groups. They are always alert and keep a lookout for predators while other members of the group are foraging for food. Burrowing Shrews - almost never stop moving. They have to continuously search for food at all times, consuming up to three times their weight in insects, worms and other small animals every day. If they stop, they can die of starvation within three hours. Elephants – communicate effectively over long distances, they produce sound waves of low – frequency. #SolutionsToSpec #S2S #HRSupportForSmallBusiness #HRSupport #OutsourcedHR #HumanResources #HRPartner #SouthAustraliaHR #ComplianceRisks #EmploymentAgreements #Remuneration #leadership #leadershiptraits #leadershipcharacteristics #leadershipbehaviours
