Je m'appelle Pinsan Jean-Baptiste. Je suis chef march�� sur le
groupe Gedimat Labenne Rougier. Je m'occupe de tous les libres services, que ce soit achat des produits, nouveau r��f��rencement
des fournisseurs. Dans les enseignes G��dimat, on trouve tout ce qui est
partie bricolage, outillage, que ce soit de la visserie,
des tablettes, on peut faire aussi de
salle de bain, cuisine, on fait vraiment de tout de A �� Z au niveau de la maison. G��dimat Villenave-d'Ornon,
on l'a ��quip��, ��a fait maintenant un an et demi,
en ��tiquette ��lectronique avec Solum. Nous avons implant��
un mod��le ��tiquette qui s'appelle Newton. On a choisi ce prestataire
parce que du coup il nous apporte plus qu'un affichage prix, on peut visualiser
les stocks en temps r��el et c'est quand m��me
beaucoup plus pratique pour nos vendeurs. Je passais plusieurs heures par jour �� remettre �� jour les ��tiquettes papier, vu q'il y avait beaucoup
de fluctuations de prix. L�� maintenant,
le probl��me n'existe plus. Changer, ��a prend 10 secondes
au grand maximum. Puis apr��s sur les fluctuations
quotidiennes des prix, on n'a rien �� faire. L��, on est s��r d'avoir le bon prix et je trouve aussi pour ma part que c'est beaucoup plus
visuel pour le client et beaucoup plus joli, que les ��tiquettes
qu'on avait avant. L�� par exemple, la particularit��, on peut faire clignoter l'��tiquette
pour montrer en rayon o�� est le produit. Depuis l'application,
on le fait en deux clics, c'est vraiment tr��s rapide. On peut m��me choisir
la couleur de la LED et tout, donc c'est g��nial. C'est aussi l'amener dans le rayon, qu'il puisse aussi
d��couvrir autre chose au lieu de patienter,
qu'il attende. L�� au moins, on peut lui dire, attendez, je vous fais clignoter le produit, comme ��a vous pouvez
aller voir en rayon, moi j'arrive de suite. C'est un super syst��me, moi je trouve. On a chang��, on est carr��ment pass�� sur une autre ��re avec ces ��tiquettes. Je pense qu'il y a beaucoup de gens qui vont nous envier parce que c'est quand
m��me des ��tiquettes o�� ��a nous simplifie vraiment
la vie au quotidien. J'ai connu �� l'��poque des ��tiquettes qu'on sortait pour changer,
on en mettait des nouvelles, donc on perdait un temps fou. Vraiment d'une facilit�� d��concertante, m��me �� des alternants
ou n'importe qui, en moins de cinq minutes,
ils ont appris �� faire des ��tiquettes et c'est souvent une des
premi��res missions que je donne. Les ��tiquettes nous permettent de consulter les stocks en temps r��el. J'ai juste appuy�� sur un bouton sur le bas d'une ��tiquette et le stock s'affiche, combien
j'en ai en commande client, combien j'en ai en commande fournisseur. C'est d'une simplicit�� pour g��rer les rayons, principalement autour de l'��lectroportatif. ��a aide beaucoup. L'int��gration du syst��me Solum
dans notre syst��me a ��t�� tr��s facile. On a un syst��me informatique
qui s'est mis en coop��ration avec Solum et ��a s'est fait en une matin��e, tr��s simplement, c'est parfait. Ce qui est bien, c'est que l��, on est parti sur dix ans
avec les ��tiquettes ��lectroniques, donc on n'a pas de PC,
on n'a rien. Et dans dix ans, on aura
juste de changer les batteries et on repart sur dix ans, donc le co��t d'investissement
est vraiment minime. Alors la collaboration avec Solum
va perdurer des ann��es, des ann��es, tout se passe super bien. Pour nous, je r��insiste, mais
c'est vraiment un gain de temps qui est g��nial. Et ��a se ressent apr��s sur les inventaires, sur les r��sultats. Voil��, c'est vraiment
une fiabilit�� des stocks, des clients plus satisfaits. Et puis, on sait maintenant
que c'est fondamental, le prix. C'est parfait. C'est magique.
