Today, as the United States celebrates Thanksgiving, it’s a powerful reminder of the importance of gratitude—not just for the big milestones, but also for the small, everyday moments that shape our lives. In the world of investments, gratitude is a principle we often overlook but can deeply learn from. Much like nurturing a portfolio, cultivating gratitude requires consistent effort, patience, and the ability to appreciate what we already have while striving for growth. Every seed we plant—whether it’s a financial investment, a personal goal, or a relationship—flourishes when cared for with intention and optimism. Being grateful for the lessons from market fluctuations, for the support of mentors, and for the opportunities we’ve had allows us to grow not just wealth, but wisdom. This Thanksgiving, let’s pause and reflect. What are you grateful for in your personal and professional journey? How can this mindset of gratitude help you approach your future decisions, be it in life or in investments? Gratitude is, after all, one of the best returns on investment—because what we focus on expands. Happy Thanksgiving to all celebrating, and may your journey be full of abundance, joy, and meaningful growth. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Growth #Investments #Reflection #financialadvisor #moneymatters #financial #finance #mutualfunds

🎉The month of thanksgiving! What are you most grateful for? I find the month of November very beautiful for some reasons, and I came to a conclusion that it is because it's a month of reflection. Here are some things I'm taking time to reflect on this month; you should too: 💭 The blessing of life: Where there's life, there's hope! 💭 Written plans/structures towards vision 2025: it starts from now! 💭 Checking through my resolution list for the year 💭 Planning towards the Holidays: Detty December as some call it, but clean December as I would love to call it because there's a January ahead 😃 💭Aiming for great financial goals like a high value property before the year runs out💰 Why don't we be accountability partners and return with the impact of these reflections by the end of the month? Game? Game. As to my question at the top, I'm grateful for how much growth I have experienced over the past months in the year. >> With dedication, and passion to making proud land owners this year, I've found it the most fulfilling. Do more this new month! 🥂

🍂 As we near Thanksgiving, Here’s My Wish for You 🍂 1️⃣ Financial Peace of Mind May your days be free from the constant worry of “how to get ahead.” Instead, may you experience the clarity and calm that comes with being in control of your finances. 2️⃣ Freedom from the Past May you embrace the truth that your past with money does not define your future. Every step forward, no matter how small, brings you closer to the financial life you deserve. 3️⃣ Excitement for the Future May you wake up each day filled with hope, knowing you have a plan that aligns with your core values—a plan that allows you to live in the moment while building the life you’ve always dreamed of. 4️⃣ Gratitude for What Is May you find beauty in the present and gratitude for the journey you’re on, knowing that each decision is a step toward your authentic self. 5️⃣ Confidence in Your Worth May you always know that your value is immeasurable and not tied to a number in your bank account. As you reflect on what you’re grateful for this Thanksgiving, remember: You have the power to create a future that fills your heart and soul. I’m here cheering you on every step of the way. 💛

If you always spend less than you make, you'll always have surplus. Whether you make $15/hour, $100k a year, or $1M a month. The opposite is true too, unfortunately. If you spend more than you make, you'll never have enough. It's a basic financial concept, but I like how it applies to our everyday life. If you're always grateful for what you have, you'll never need that new thing. Doesn't mean you can't get it, but just that it's an extra cherry on top. I recently went through this as the 49ers lost the super bowl and I found myself grateful for my family. Had they won, I'd have a happy family and be an overzealous fan. But this year, I just have the first thing. And I'm grateful. So next time you find yourself thinking "I wish I had that", look at what you DO have, and be grateful.

What are you grateful for? What keeps you going on tough days? I'm incredibly grateful for: → my loving family and friends → my clean health and home → my amazing co-GP team → the close connections I've made here I tirelessly work in sales and real estate investing because they're incredibly fulfilling. They're hard as heck some days too. But, those struggles make the wins so much sweeter. I know I'm stronger today than a year ago. A better person than I was a year ago. Because of my support network. And their advice that I act on daily... → "Take care of yourself, so you can take care of others" → "Do something meaningful for your business every day" → "Control what you can control" → "I am a 4th quarter champion - I always find a way to win" Investing in real estate gives me more freedom to live life on my terms: ✅ To pursue more time with the people for whom I'm grateful (like attending reunions in NY!) ✅ To implement more of their amazing advice into my life and business. ✅ To help my clients better achieve the lifestyle they desire by doubling their wealth faster. If you seek the time freedom that comes with passively investing in real estate... 𝘿𝙈 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙟𝙤𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 - all the cool kids are in there! What are you grateful for? Legacy is more than financial assets—it’s the values, traditions, and memories we pass down, the pieces of ourselves that live on. For many, this time of year can also bring the weight of loss and the absence of loved ones. Yet, the true power of a legacy is in how it continues to shape us, even when those who created it are no longer here. Here are a few ideas families have shared that may inspire you to start some new traditions: 📚 Family Recipe Book: Collect cherished family recipes and print them in an 'Official Family Recipe Book.’ 🤝 Annual Family Reunions: Gather regularly at a favorite spot to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories. 🎁 Volunteer Together: Each Christmas, pick a family in need of support and teach the value of giving back. 🍪 Holiday Crafting or Baking: Bake the same sweets or craft ornaments each year to create tangible memories. The most important legacies are built on love, traditions, and unforgettable experiences—those precious pieces that live on beyond us. What traditions do you hope will continue with future generations? #Legacy #FamilyTraditions #HolidaySeason Investment Advisory Services offered through Sound Income Strategies, LLC, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory Firm. For this month's #MeetTheTeamMonday, we are featuring Gray Rudd, CFP®, Director of Wealth Management. We asked Gray a few "Get To Know Me" questions... check out his answers below! Q: What is your most fond memory of working with Pure Wealth Strategies? A: Watching the team grow. It’s energizing to bring new people on board, see them become excited about their role on this team, and watching them grow personally and professionally. Babies are born, people get married, kids graduate... it’s cool to grow with people you spend 40-hours/week with. Q: What are you most excited about in your life right now? A: I’m pumped to keep getting to know my kids’ personalities. It’s super fun how different every six months can be, and I love seeing their unique personalities develop. Q: Where do you most want to visit in the world? A: I wish there was just one place, that would almost be easier. My answer changes like a mood-swing, but today, Scotland. I’d love to visit whiskey distilleries and play golf while looking down a cliff lined fairway along the ocean (my ball will be in the rough, of course). Thanks for sharing, Gray!
