Of course I pop up. I've been doing it instinctively since the inception of and even before social media because community management isn't a social media thing, a business thing or a task. Community management is about fostering relationships and understanding the needs, behaviors and motivations of people and building trust over time. It's about creating an environment where people feel valued, heard, and engaged. It's not really something that can truly be taught. Community management is not a task. Community management is a craft that creates lasting impact through authentic relationships.

Consistency is a vital aspect of community management. It refers to the ability to maintain a consistent tone, voice, and level of engagement across all community interactions. This includes: 1. Regular posting and updates 2. Responding to comments and messages in a timely manner 3. Using a consistent tone and language 4. Maintaining a consistent visual brand 5. Ensuring consistent moderation and enforcement of community guidelines Consistency helps to: 1. Build trust and credibility with community members 2. Establish a sense of familiarity and comfort 3. Encourage engagement and participation 4. Demonstrate a commitment to the community 5.
