Dear SolarSquare Energy I am writing this post out of sheer frustration regarding the service I’ve received after choosing your company for a solar installation project. In August 2024, I opted for a 7.03 KW solar plant for my home and paid the down payment promptly. I was assured the plant would be operational within three months and guaranteed activation by 1st December 2024. However, five months later, my system is still non-operational. Despite continuous follow-ups, installation was delayed, and the meter was installed only five days ago, after 40 additional days. Yet, the plant remains non-functional. Attempts to reach your official channels have yielded little to no response. I chose SolarSquare over others, paying a higher price for a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, this has been far from reality. I urge SolarSquare Energy to take immediate action. Customers like me invest in solar solutions for financial savings and sustainability. Delays and poor service undermine both. I hope this post ensures no other customer faces similar challenges. Sincerely, Aniket Fulzele

12hSolarSquare Energy When I last raised my concerns here, I received quick assistance from your team. At that time, it was identified that the inverter was connected with aluminum wires instead of copper, and your team replaced it. Despite this, the solar plant is still not operational, and now it’s showing an inverter fault. Upon following up, I was provided with a contact number for someone named Tanay, which has been switched off continuously. When I try to reach anyone else, I am told Tanay is the only person who can resolve the issue. I dislike posting publicly every time to get attention, but the service I’ve been receiving is testing my patience to its limits. I have made timely payments—more than ₹2.75 lakhs so far—and my EMIs have already started, with the second EMI of ₹54,000 due in just a couple of days. Despite this, I have received absolutely nothing in return for my investment. This situation has caused me significant mental and financial stress. If a resolution is not provided immediately, I may have no choice but to pursue legal action, as this feels like both financial and mental harassment. I hope this post reaches the right team, and the matter is resolved promptly. #Accountability #SolarSolutions
