MY NEW BOOK (TOOLBOX) - IT’S HERE. IT’S WHAT YOU SET IN MOTION: A TOOLBOX FOR COLLABORATIVE CHANGEMAKING https://lnkd.in/eiqpTSDd It’s been a 20+ year labor of love. And the first edition is done just in time to help you kick off your 2024 changemaker journey! I’ve been so fortunate to wear so many #changemaking hats over the years working with and learning from innumerable people that I so admire. It’s been quite a #changemakingjourney. And anyone who knows me knows that along the way I’ve been obsessed(?) with creating simple tools, resources, and methodologies for the HOW of collaborative changemaking (Is there any other kind?) To that end, roughly two years ago I decided to put everything in one place to benefit aspiring and practicing #changemakers everywhere. This book (#toolbox ) includes 22 #strategicprinciples (Changemaking Trimtabs) with worksheets, 13 Changemaking #toolkits with 76 #tools with worksheets, links to 90 curated Changemaking #innovation Mini-Cases (short videos from around the world), foundational HOW-TOs, a library of other great resources, and a palace to learn and solicit use cases on an ongoing basis (Changemaker #Coach). I built all of the worksheets in Google Sheets and have included QR codes/ hyperlinks throughout so that this can be used in person and #virtually. Everything can be used independently or scaffolded. Massive, massive #gratitude to the thousands and thousands of people who made this possible. I hope you know who you are, and I hope this honors you. P.S. - Look in the gratitude section in the back. Please reach out if I can be of service or if you’d like to learn more. Much more to come… #collaboration, #mindsets, #socialinnovation, #socialentrepreneurship, #teamwork, #problemsolving, #opportunityidentification, #humancentereddesign, #systemsthinking, #changemakereducation, #skillsets, #empathy, #empathyinaction, #equity, #empowerment, #communityimpact, #communityengagement, #adaptiveleadership, #globalcitizenship, #resilience, #consulting, #entrepreneurshipeducation, #servicelearning, #professionaldevelopment Ashoka

Congratulations, Greg, on producing a truly unique and intuitive playbook for social innovators and change agents who rarely lack the "what", but often stumble with the "how". One can visualize, refine or stress-test a changemaking strategy using this toolbox. The pathways and learnings are equally applicable to all types of change processes: social impact, emerging technology or complex systems where changemaking requires an arsenal of proven expertise. Leverage this gem!

Congrats Greg Van Kirk! What an incredibly valuable road map for anyone driven to make a difference. Even better than learning from your own mistakes is learning from someone else's, and this collection of real world experiences and lessons can open doors for the change makers we desperately need. Well done!

Congratulations Greg, this is awesome and I really look forward to reading it. I remember talking about trim tabs and how helpful that is for me in my own entrepreneurial journey.
