As we pursue our ambitious goal of turning around properties in 45 days, we're all in from day one—deploying CapEx upfront and pushing our team to deliver. Once the property is ready, we hand it over to our leasing agents to secure the best tenants for each unit. During property tours, we gather the full team—construction managers, trades, leasing agents, owners, property managers, and the team leader. Together, we nail down every task needed to bring the property to market. We make the best decisions "onsite" and "on the spot". No delays, no lingering questions.
