NPS tells you how likely your clients are to recommend your business on a scale of 1-10, resulting in referrals and the results can be eye-opening. 🔸 Promoters (9-10): These are your loyal, enthusiastic clients who are likely to refer you to others and return for future deals. 🔸 Passives (7-8): Satisfied but not thrilled, they may switch to a competitor if they see a better offer. 🔸 Detractors (0-6): These are unhappy clients who can damage your reputation through negative reviews and feedback.
