However, my recent experience with your new app highlights some critical gaps in managing this transition effectively—gaps that result in poor customer experience. Here’s what happened: While using the old app, I encountered a pop-up message instructing me to download the new app from the App Store. I followed the instructions, completed the login process, and discovered that all my beneficiaries and bill payees were missing. A quick call to the call center only made things worse—they weren’t aware of this issue and advised me to manually re-add all my beneficiaries. This is not how migration of users should be handled. Right now I am stuck with the new app with no beneficiaries or bill payees! Please help and resolve.
