Water network operators often don’t have the resources, easy-to-use tools, or the time, they need to optimize system performance. This is particularly the case with smaller utilities, where the digital gap with larger utilities is only growing wider. Because of this, we created Qatium to be intuitive to use, while offering cost-effective plans aimed at utilities of any size. We believe this will help us to meet our mission of making digital water management available to all. Learn more: https://qatium.com/about/ #WaterTechnology #DigitalTwins #Innovation #WaterUtilities

A customer-led approach to help customers avoid disconnections Lesley Walker, Synergy’s Executive General Manager of Customer, sat down with Bec Jolly from the The Energy Charter, Evette Smeathers from Horizon Power, and Lisa Post from TasNetworks at Energy Retail Excellence this week. As many parts of the community face cost-of-living pressures, the panel discussed the approaches being taken by energy organisations across Australia to support customers experiencing financial hardship. Lesley said Synergy’s “connect to stay connected approach,” helps customers avoid disconnection by encouraging them to get in touch before they’re in financial distress to discuss what support they might need. Like so many things in the electricity sector, #VPPs are both an important and buzz worthy topic as well as an amorphous TLA (that's Three Letter Acronym in industry jargon...) that means many things to different people. In this new paper we clarify Uplight's definition of a VPP in order to differentiate the term from traditional demand response, and offer some tangible steps grid operators can take to advance VPP initiatives from strategy through deployment.

A customer-led approach to help customers avoid disconnections💡 Last week, Bec Jolly, our Director, Energy Equity joined Lesley Walker from Synergy, Evette Smeathers from Horizon Power and Lisa Post from TasNetworks at the Energy Retail Excellence. As many parts of the community face cost-of-living pressures, the panel discussed the approaches being taken by energy organisations across Australia to support customers experiencing financial hardship. 🏡 We heard about the Knock to Stay Connected Customer Code - a nationally consistent, customer-led approach aimed at keeping customers connected to their energy. It brings retailers, networks and community organisations together to hand deliver information to customers on where they can get support to keep their energy on. Learn more here 👉 https://lnkd.in/g7xsvDCq Lesley also discussed Synergy’s “connect to stay connected approach,” which helps customers avoid disconnection by encouraging them to get in touch before they’re in financial distress to discuss what support they might need. #CostOfLiving #EnergyEquity #Energy
