Hello all, Here is my article on SMART CITY. Have you ever wondered what makes a city "smart"? It's the use of technology and sensors to collect data and manage assets, resources, and services efficiently. This data is then used to improve operations across the city, including traffic and transportation systems, power plants, utilities, and even community services like schools and hospitals. But it's not just the city government that benefits from this data sharing. Businesses, citizens, and other third parties can also use the data for various purposes. By sharing data from different systems and sectors, smart cities create opportunities for increased understanding and economic benefits. Smart city technology allows city officials to interact directly with both community and city infrastructure, enhancing the quality, performance, and interactivity of urban services. This technology not only reduces costs and resource consumption but also increases contact between citizens and the government. Many cities around the world have already adopted some form of smart city technology.
