Have you ever thought about how honey is made? It all starts with bees collecting nectar from flowers. They store it in their tummies and bring it back to the hive. There, they pass it to other bees, who mix it with special enzymes. The bees then fan their wings to dry it out, turning it into thick, sweet honey. Finally, they store it in honeycomb cells. We think we're an evolved species as humans, but really, nature WAY out-performs us, even POTATOES. 🥔 Here's what I mean. 👇 Look at this EPIC sweet potato that came in my CSA box. This thing was the size of my ENTIRE forearm. 🤪 Do you think this potato feels that it's too big, too awkward shaped, too tall or too strangely colored to fulfill it's purpose??! 🤔 HECK no! 😉 There's nothing that this potato needs to do to earn the love of it's consumer (aka me) ❤️. This potato doesn't care that it's WAY bigger than all the other potatoes, that it might stand out in a crowd, that it looks unusual. It just IS. No comparison, no competition - just being the best that IT can be. 👏 I think we have a thing or two to learn from this potato.
