Your Mission:
•Find and Seize Opportunities: Identify new markets, clients, and partners who need tech talent solutions. You’ll be the 1st to see the potential and to make it happen. 💡
•Own the Full Cycle: From prospecting to closing, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring every client is a long-term partner. 🔄
•Build Strategic Partnerships: Engage with decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and create a network of partners in the B2B services space. 🤝
•Stay Sharp: Stay on top of industry trends, attend networking events, and immerse yourself in everything that drives our sector forward. 🧠
What We’re Looking For:
•Sales Dynamo: You’ve spent 3-5 years honing your business development and sales skills, preferably in B2B services. Tech staffing or recruiting experience? Fantastic! But experience in any B2B services field will set you up for success. 💼
•Deal Closer: You’re a closer, plain and simple. You know how to take leads from cold to red-hot, and you’ve got the track record to prove it. 🔥
•Strategic Thinker and Doer: You’re not just about numbers; you’re about building sustainable relationships that generate long-term business. 💭
•Multilingual Edge: Fluent in Portuguese for everyday communication and fluent in English for business meetings. You understand how to navigate different cultural nuances in sales. 🌐
•Self-Starter: You’re proactive, take initiative, and always think two steps ahead. You don’t wait for the opportunity—you create it. ⚡️
•Portugal-Based: Although you’ll work mostly remotely, we thrive on personal connections and meet in person for monthly team events. 🇵🇹
Compensation Package: 💰
•€1,800-€2,200 base + representation expenses + Commissions & Benefits.
•Commissions: We reward success. You’ll earn up to €2,500 for each closed deal, boosting earnings based on the profitability of each contract. 🎰

•Growth: Rise through KWAN’s 10 operational levels with a base salary of up to €3,500 per month, plus representation expenses, benefits, and lucrative commissions. 💪
