Aviators fly “zero zero” takeoff and landings thanks to the advancements in avionics that “sensorize” the aircraft with “inputs” which the autopilot can translate into “outputs” but at ALL times the aviator have the authority and command of the aircraft. Even newer systems that literally control the aircraft take the pilots yoke inputs into account as one more of its sensors and prioritize it to produce the primary output… landing safely.
