We know this isn’t how the industry talks. And that’s the point. If you understand why, then we’re already speaking the same language. At GenH, we build Biotech Advisory Boards that go beyond expectations. We bring together senior profiles who’ve navigated the challenges you’re facing—and who know how to guide you forward. We don’t follow the usual script. We craft what works, with people who see what others miss. Let’s talk.

Aspen Biosciences unveils the three core design principles of Pipeline, the advanced program management platform designed to help you plan, manage and execute drug discovery programs. #1 Everything is Configurable: Your research demands a unique approach. With Pipeline, customize workflows, assays, registries, request queues and much more – to align perfectly with your business. #2 Everything is a Plug-In: It’s often challenging when your tools can’t keep up with the pace of change as your research needs continue to evolve. Pipeline’s unique, plugin-based architecture makes it possible to integrate new technologies into the platform. #3 Everything is Computable: Pipeline’s advanced scripting and calculating capabilities make it possible for you to create your own scripts that are triggered by events within the application. For example, with Pipeline, you can trigger a compound property calculation whenever you register a new compound. Join us on a journey to seamless program management. Schedule a demo and see how Pipeline can orchestrate your success in drug discovery. #AspenBiosciences #Pipeline #DrugDiscoveryInnovation #ResearchOrchestration #StreamlineSuccess

💡 Breaking through the noise with a 'same but different' story—how do you make your biotech stand out when the story feels familiar? In my discussions with biopharma executives leading business development and strategy, certain strategies consistently surface when it comes to securing partnerships in a crowded market. Many companies are refining their approach, but it’s still a complex landscape. Here are a few insights I’ve gathered: 🔹 Flexible Deal Structures: Flexibility in deal terms, such as milestone payments or early collaborations, can validate your platform and keep long-term growth in focus. 🔹 Early Feedback from Pharma: Building momentum by gathering feedback from trusted pharma contacts early on can sharpen strategies before entering formal partnership discussions. 🔹 Storytelling & Positioning: It’s not just about the science—how you position your biotech matters. A narrative that aligns with partner or investor needs can open doors, even before data is fully ready. 🔹 Building Relationships: Developing strong connections early, both with investors and internal champions at pharma companies, is essential. Engaging the right people—beyond BD or corporate development teams—like advocates in R&D, can help push your technology forward. Knowing the internal pharma structure, whether BD is end-to-end or split among different teams, such as search & evaluation and transactions, also makes a difference. These insights are just a part of what I’ve learned from conversations with industry leaders. If you’re interested in exploring these strategies further, let’s connect. In the biotech and pharma industries, uncertainty is inevitable—particularly when it comes to securing funding. But instead of viewing this as a hurdle, it can actually be an opportunity for strategic growth. A data-driven approach can help life science companies navigate complexity while building confidence with investors. In today’s landscape, investors expect more than a great idea. They want a comprehensive understanding of risks, opportunities, and market dynamics before making any commitments. Here’s a strategy to turn uncertainty into a growth opportunity—click here to see how.
