Additionally, I urge your company to address the troubling pattern of allegations regarding fraudulent claims for pre-existing damages—whether documented or undocumented—particularly at your Honolulu branches. Numerous reviews highlight these unethical and potentially illegal practices, which are completely unacceptable for a business operating in the United States.
