The Tampa location has the best customer service. They are honest helpful and attentive to customer satisfaction. I rent cars several times a month from the Tampa location. CAUTION SIXT ORLANDO AIRPORT horrible and dishonest!!! I will never rent from the Orlando location again. During the hurricane I was forced to use Orlando International due to the lack of cars in Tampa. The worst decision ever!!! Still waiting on a phone call and response from the manager at the Orlando location. Disgusted by Michael S. Cherowitz who hasn’t taken the time to make this situation right. Why have customer care if they can’t handle your call. After 6x calling I was told I would have to speak with Sixt Orlando when returning the vehicle. When Michael S. Cherowitz reaches out via email writes since I didn’t get a ticket opened there’s nothing he can do? Michael S. Cherowitz has yet to call me regarding this situation. Disgusted by the treatment!!!

Please do yourself a favor be careful they add numerous fees. I got charged two administration fees on the same thing that cost more then original cost. They claimed I scratched a vehicle in which I did not, many people have had same issue. If you rent from them take pictures and make sure they are dated. They were rude to me on day I picked up the car and gave bad directions to pick up car whole process the people were rude.
