🚨 IRATA has announced an update to the Incident Reporting Form and Guidance Document. They aimed to refine the reporting process and make it easier for members to report incidents, which is always good. Here is what you need to know 👉 Changes have been made to address gaps in the following categories, which were identified by reviewing historical reports: · Incident circumstance: On rope, Training or Other · Level Assessed To · Injury Type Effective from April 1st 2024, the Work and Safety Statistics Returns will align with these changes. More information on this will be released soon (I will share as soon as it comes on my radar). These updates aim to encourage a more precise and effective incident reporting system, ultimately contributing to a safer working environment for the rope access industry.
