I truly believe in this. People often do not speak up until they themselves become a victims of an injustice happening in front of them thinking that someone else will take care or what difference would it make if we alone speak up. The large deforestation happening is cutting our oxygen too and resulting in rapid extinction of many animal species. Consequences of paper leaks will be faced by our children's too. The way women's safety is becoming a concern is making our family females unsafe too. Few new generations of so called god mans who are thriving with political influence will cause stamped like hathras in future again and someday our loved ones may die too. Bridges collapse resulting due to contract given to unqualified companies may kill us too. Glaciers melting will effect our life too. I can keep on writing such examples which are endless. The problem is we all know everything and still want to keep our eyes closed with a hope that it won't happen to us. Remember, never ever think it's none of our business. The universe is interconnected and has no mercy. It won't spare anyone. We got a heaven like earth which we are turning into hell and searching planets in the universe for a possibility of survival 🌎 what a joke and shame. Recall when you last raised your voice when you came across an injustice happening either to humans, animals or nature? Post inspired by this beautiful msg in the short video ☀️☀️🙌🙌🙌 #raisevoice #environmentprotection #justice #speakup #bethechange

After 7 months of planning my surprise 50th for Trent Yeo happened on saturday and it was epic! So many of his friends from around the world descended on Queenstown and we had a blast. I learnt alot from the experience that I forgot even after doing 4474 events in my lifetime: People don't read instructions People don't read instructions People don't read instructions I still had people asking me "What time does it start" even after I'd put up messages for 7 months about time, place and what to do to complete the surprise. Using boundaries here is a great example of allowing people to work it out for themselves. A simple "go find it on the event on FB" automated message sorted it out instead of me repeating myself a million times and getting into a panic. Using boundaries with my clients and supporting them to use theirs to remind their clients, families and potential new work that this is how we work allows people to be clear and go off and work it out for themselves. How can you stop fixing other people's problems today and allow them to work it out?
