If you watch football, you will know that there is nothing more intense than the two minute drill- the efficiency to put points on the board while still possible as the clock ticks. Similarly, as we are moving to the end of 2024, many salespeople are finding themselves in similar position. Whether it is to reach the year goals or end on a high note the pressure is high. To be truly effective and emerge as a winner this year, salespeople have to focus on 1. Focus their energies on opportunities that require immediate value 2. Focus on contact data that you have confidence in 3. Having the right system and people around for comprehensive prospect research.
