𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 #𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴? 🚀 Since last July, Franziska and I have been working as Talent Acquisition Business Partners in the job sharing model at Schneider Electric 💚 All thanks to our two managers Verena and Jana, who not only lead our #team in the job sharing model themselves, but also gave us the opportunity to combine our university studies with our jobs 👨🎓👩🎓 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙧𝙖𝙬 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙢 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 🧐 𝟭. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝟱𝟬:𝟱𝟬 The most obvious first: Franzi currently works 28 hours, I work 24 hours a week. Job sharing is not about dividing a headcount equally, but rather about sharing knowledge, learning from each other and creating synergies! 🤝 𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴! As a job sharing partner, you shouldn't be jealous of the other person (just like in a real relationship 😉). Sometimes Franzi has various innovative #projects & is in the #spotlight and I support in the background. Sometimes it's the other way around. At the end of the day, it's not about outdoing each other, but about achieving something together. The success of one person is the success of the job sharing 🎉 𝟯. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱! Job sharing sounds simple, but it still takes time. Whether it's going to meetings as a duo where it would have been enough for just one person to attend, or doing the work twice because communication wasn't right at one point. You first must get used to work as a duo and pave the way for your own job sharing 🧑🤝👩 But enough wisdom for now! In conclusion, there's only one thing left to say: 𝙟𝙤𝙗 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙚𝙣𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩-𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩 💚 I don't know about you Franziska but when I look back on the past 9 months, I'm proud of our #Impact at Schneider Electric. But most of all, I'm looking forward to learn more from each other and #grow together in the future! 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 #𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆? QUALITIES OF A TECH OPERATOR Being focused A growth catalyst A decision maker Has growth mindset SKILLS A REQUIRED OF A TECH OPERATOR 1. Quitting a job is not difficult, Difficult is leaving all the amazing co-workers that you met a long way I here mark the end of my beautiful journey with Samsung Electronics. During my time here, I learned so much about project management in a product-based company. Here are some key takeaways: 1. Team Collaboration: Working with diverse teams taught me the power of collaboration and communication. 2. Problem-Solving: I learned how to tackle complex problems and find effective solutions quickly. 3. Time Management: Managing multiple projects helped me develop strong time management skills. 4. Innovation: Being part of a leading tech company, I learned the importance of innovation and staying ahead of the curve. 5. Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and delivering quality products became a key focus. Thank you to all my wonderful colleagues for making this journey unforgettable. I am grateful for the support, the learning, and the camaraderie we shared. Looking forward to new challenges and opportunities ahead! #GoodbyeSamsung #NewBeginnings #ProjectManagement #Gratitude

At In Time Tec, one thing I'm actively practicing is developing an employer mindset. It’s not just the CEO’s job to think this way — every engineer should approach their project as if it’s their own product, taking full ownership. While higher management can guide and coach, cultivating an employer mindset helps eliminate the risk of complaints and leads to more proactive, empowered teams. #EmployerMindset #CreatingAbundance #InTimeTec

We had an interesting conversation with one of our HRs - Anastasiia Kolesnikova 🇺🇦 about the qualities that matter most when it comes to team selection and would like to share some insights with you😌 Of course, when hiring a new person to the company, the appropriate Hard Skills for a particular position are important, but we should not forget about Soft Skills, which play an equally important role in the work. Adaptability, flexibility, responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork are all essential, especially in the remote working mode, when a person needs to be able to organize some work processes on his/her own. We believe that the secret to a strong team is good communication between departments. It's like a bridge that is built brick by brick, but if any part is missing, the bridge won't work. That's why it's so important for us to pay attention to the person's soft skills, which are the basis for our first cooperation🤝 #DevITGroup #IT #Technology #WebDevelopment #Programming #itservices
