Facts have proved the short-sightedness of businessmen. Siemens and Alstom leaked some technologies to CRRC for immediate benefits, which ultimately led to greater losses for their long-term interests. CRRC has been using Siemens and Alstom's Technology squeezes Siemens and Alstom’s high-speed rail market. Kawasaki Heavy Industries has also sold high-speed trains to CRRC. Like Hitachi, which acquired Ansaldo Breda, it faces dumping competition from CRRC because CRRC has the lowest labor costs who can trample on the legal rights of workers at will and does not need to invest in basic research and development.
