TWFM Christmas for Heroes: Apply for our Christmas program to support Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, First Responders, and their families. Peer Support Program: Join our community to receive and offer support among peers. The Warfighters Mission x BC's PC's "Pro356" Custom PC Raffle: Enter our raffle for a Custom PC Donated by BC's PC's a $2500 gaming PC. The Raffle will run from 11 September 2024 through 11 November 2024. $25 per ticket with no limit to how many tickets you can buy and all proceeds go to support our programs! While most #Veterans transition smoothly into civilian life, some face service-related challenges that expand the federal governments capacity to address. For those of us in the #VeteranSpace, the need often feels, unending. Consequently, communities, often unfamiliar with #military needs, must support these Veterans. Well intentioned people across #nonprofits, #government, and #CharitableOrganizations, assume what a Veteran needs, and often duplicate services or put resources into solving a problem that doesn't exist. At Veterans Bridge Home, collective impact, remains at the forefront of our mission. Using technology systems like Unite Us with our community partners like Mecklenburg County, North Carolina Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and The Jeff Cohen Charitable Foundation allows for us to provide wrap around services across the social determinates of health. Even better? We can document those instances to demonstrate what #CharlotteVeterans greatest needs currently are and target our efforts on ensuring those partnerships remain strong. #VeteransBridgeHome #BeTheBridge
