I can’t believe that here at Konsileo we’re about to embark on our 29th induction, onboarding a whole new cohort of brokers.
And what’s particularly exciting about this one is that it’s starting off face-to-face – for the first time in around 4 years!
Obviously, the pandemic forced us online, and we’ve stuck with that format for a while. But we’re always evolving our induction process because we’re determined to bring people into the Konsileo fold in the most effective way possible, so they can hit the ground running from day one.
As a Konsileo Client Director you’re an employee, with a team around you. But you will also be operating independently - often working from home - and you have to be confident in your ability to build your own book of business. That’s what our induction aims to facilitate.
It’s also probably why Konsileo tends to attract more experienced brokers - often looking for a new challenge, or for more autonomy. And that’s exactly who’ve we’ve got in this latest cohort. There’s going to be a vast amount of experience in the room, and I’m looking forward to learning as much from them as they will from us.
There are incredible opportunities at Konsileo to do the job you’ve always wanted to do for clients - and get rewarded properly for doing it. But it’s a challenge that’s only for incredible brokers.
