Your Voice Matters more than you know - now more than ever, we need to be more vocal about advocating for ourselves, our missions, our agendas and our liberty. What can we do better in building our influence and thought leadership as women? - Being very clear about your values and what we stand for - Having communities and people behind our cause and mission - Regularly using media to advocate for ourselves - Using our voice to speak on stages and platforms that are in line with our values - Standing strong in our conviction and having the confidence to advocate for things that matter to us - Building our own stages and platforms that give us access to free speech We advocate for women who may not have a voice, women who may not feel like they have the courage to speak and women who want to use their voice and platform to do bigger and better things. This is why we have built the Women Thrive Media platform which is independent and is not controlled by any entity or agenda. #WomenEmpowerment #WomenThrive #WomenVoices #WomenRights #WomenFreedom #WomenAdvocacy #WomenCommunity #WomenLiberty #WomenSupportingWomen

🌟 The Power of Women Supporting Women 🌟 This weekend, I had the pleasure of catching up with my incredible friend, Elba Pareja-Gallagher, over coffee. Our conversation was a refreshing reminder of the importance of women uplifting each other. Here are three takeaways from our inspiring discussion: 1️⃣ Shared Experiences Create Bonds: We often face similar challenges in our professional and personal lives. Sharing these experiences not only creates a sense of solidarity but also helps us find solutions together. 2️⃣ Empowerment Through Encouragement: Sometimes, all it takes is a word of encouragement to spark confidence and motivation. By celebrating each other's achievements and providing support during tough times, we empower one another to reach greater heights. 3️⃣ Building a Strong Network: Our network of supportive women is invaluable. It’s not just about professional connections but also about having a circle that understands and supports you. Together, we can create opportunities, offer guidance, and open doors for each other. Let’s continue to lift each other up, celebrate our successes, and navigate challenges together. Here's to the incredible women who inspire us every day! #WomenSupportingWomen #Empowerment #Inspiration #WomenInBusiness #gritgrowthgumption

As we've explored creating our women's community and facilitating discussions with incredible #women, we realized that much of what we do celebrates the undeniable benefits of community while digging deep into the barriers that stand in the way. We're committed to doing everything we can, individually and collectively, to tear those barriers down. This journey led us to dive into the first pieces of research that focused on bringing women together in meaningful ways. We had to take a hard look at ourselves, as individuals and as an organization, to understand better what we might be up against—despite all the incredible evidence that shows how much women benefit from being in #community. So, where do we go from here? We're asking you to join us. Be part of this exploration, part of the learning, and part of the change. Let's continue breaking down those walls together.

“Behind every great woman ... is another great woman.” ― Kate Hodges As the founder of a supportive community of 100,000 women, I see the power of this quote every day. Together, we can lift each other up and achieve amazing things. Here are 5 simple ways women can support women: 1. Mentorship: Share your knowledge and experience to guide and inspire others. 2. Encouragement: Offer kind words and cheer on each other's successes. 3. Networking: Connect women with opportunities and people who can help them grow. 4. Collaboration: Work together on projects and ideas to create something greater. 5. Advocacy: Stand up for one another and promote each other’s strengths and achievements. Let’s continue to build a strong network where every woman can thrive. What’s one way you love to support the women around you? #WomenEmpowerment #InternationalYogaDay

Today's group coaching call focused on collaboration rather than competition, especially amongst women and women of color. I've come across many stories of women sabotaging each other's progress, hating each other, or judging other women. When this happens, the system works as it's intended and keeps us marginalized. When we decide to write a new story of collective power, we 🔥 the system down. How do you uplift other women? #sisterhood #groupcoaching #buildingbettersystemstogether #belongingandinclusion
