I raised a concern for AWB 343086367385. Marked as "Customer Pincode Not in Service" on 1 Aug,status changed to "Delivered" on 12 Aug. Call recording confirms customer didn't receive it, yet dispute was rejected.OTP delivery claim contradicts evidence.#Shiprocket

3moI sent one package on 6th Aug. (EPSP4123702325) First of all, that package took more than usual time to reach their hub and once it reached there, they kept it on hold there for a few days. I had to call customer care executives several times to ask about the update they kept saying it will be delivered today today. Then they sent the package back to me without even attempting delivery, even after being assured from their senior executive (Karan Singh). Then even the return package is not delivered to me till date, So far I called them more than 10 times trying to get a solution. Even opened a ticket with ID : 9178489. Still no solution their customer care executive (Nandani & Senior executive Karan Singh) Kept lying about the status to say wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours. But never provided any solution. Even the ticket is overdue now and no one updates it. It has been more than a month. Such a below average company with such bad customer service. If I don't get solution for this soon I will report this to consumer court.
