🤢 🤢 🤢 If you help customers like you are doing with us, POOR customers!!! I'm waiting that your imports dept. in Spain, corrects a wrongly tax form that you prepared for customs clearance, since 24/10. Meanwhile, right now despite of invested time in calling to you, and that one of your staff suggested to postpone delivery until 18/11 to give time to your customs dept. to correct and modify customs clearance form (that according to your staff requires between 15 to 30d, it seems they are extremely occupied) right now I've no goods and you are managing return goods to the origin. It's stupid how your company works, customs dept. that doesn't reply, customer service that offers you a reply within 1h 3 times x day and there is no reply, or just auto-replies empty of content. The worts customer service I've ever experienced. I DON'T RECCOMEND UPS to anyone.

The Staten Island Ferry system’s concession stands are set to reopen for the first time since the onset of Covid-19 in 2020 with coffee and donuts from the Massachusetts-based chain Dunkin. The city announced Monday that it’s awarded the company a 10-year contract to sell refreshments on the system’s signature orange fleet that transports 15 million riders annually. Under the lease, Dunkin will launch its operation within 60 days of its Nov. 20 contract signing. The agreement also allows for alcohol to be sold on the ferries, but Dunkin is still in the midst of procuring the necessary permits to sell beer, according to the Department of Transportation. The chain is expected to initially operate stands inside two ferry boats, the Staff Sergeant Michael H. Ollis and the Dorothy Day. Additional stalls will be later added to the rest of the fleet.
