Un service technique qui ne sert pas à grand chose sinon à demander au client de patienter. 3 mois pour analyser un probleme de connexion d’une borne et décider d’envoyer un technicien sur place Quand la borne est remplacée vous n’êtes meme pas en mesure de faire en sorte de pouvoir réactiver les abonnements. Bref du grand n’importe quoi. Lamentable!

Try this for customer service: I have today charged my electrical vehicle at the Shell Recharge station on Slotherrnsvej and received a 850 DKK fine from QPark. Why??? I was parked exactly in the limits of the charing station. I did not stay more than 23 minutes. The charger was connected and worked. Moreover instead of the advertised 150kw I only received 20kw although I had used my battery pre-warming function. What is going on Shell?

I am a shell re-charge customer but haven't used the app once. But today I received an invoice for £240 for charges in London. 1. I have never used shell re-charge 2. I don't live in London What's worrying is shell closed my account because of suspected suspicious activity but didn't notify me about an invoice that was outstanding. Yes that's right they would have just accepted me paying for it. Shocking and disgusting.

May I know why in the Czech Republic and many other countries it is still not possible to order a recharge card (neither private nor small business), even though the chargers here have been running for more than a year? I don't understand why you are boycotting your own service.

Please check your offering in Zakopane, Poland. Out of the 7 charge stations that are currently listed in your app, not a single one worked (using RFID Chip). Most charge stations were actually wrong listings, e.g. budimex mobilty instead of elo.city. What a disaster and waste of time.
