Rutter's Children's Charities contributed $100,000 to Rutter’s annual Secret Santa initiative, to support local charities and causes that matter most to our employees. Employees selected a wide range of local organizations to receive the funds, focusing on causes such as children’s education, food insecurity, healthcare, and family support services. Rutter’s Children’s Charities Secret Santa initiative is in its eighth year with a total of more than $550,000 directed to employees for causes that mean the most to them. Although people may get involved and invested, communities often don't see significant improvements in social sustainability. Achieving real progress requires strong leadership with a clear vision, specific goals, and a focus on developing people to meet those goals. Without this, efforts often fall short due to a lack of direction and the necessary development of those involved.
