Thank you John Biggs for offering the space and time to share my experience. This is probably my most honest podcast interview. You have such a way of making folks feel comfortable. I truly appreciate your spirit and how kind you’ve been to me. Thank you Peggy Gilmer, MA for helping me find my voice. I must have mentioned you 5 times, you are a gift from beyond this place. I always want to thank Isaac Kato per usual, a lot of things I learned to look out for, happened during our conversations and at Techstars Seattle.

That was a fire podcast! Thank you for sharing your journey (so far). There's no greater privilege than to be who you are...especially when you know you're in the service of something greater than you. And thanks to John Biggs for giving you the space and grace to be authentically you. So much gold in those 15 minutes, yet one point worth mentioning is the 'Trust thy self'. To collaboratively solve a problem, we must first listen to the perspective of those experiencing the obstacle to get a better understanding. People who often help fail to understand, it's not help if its not aligned with the other persons perceived needs. In order to know what those needs are, you have to ask them. And those receiving it, have to trust themselves enough to voice it. Again, great interview Jade. Keep being you. Nobody else can do it. That said, you're doing an awesome job!
