I spent. Dollars on the most insane seven day trip of all time Alright so I've partnered up with SAP Concur on this video to track all my expenses during this crazy trip. So I made it to Edmonton International Airport. This is like my second home in the next 7 days. I'm going to be in the air for 48 hours and 48 minutes. You have to stay hydrated you got to stay hydrated and the one thing that you always got to do is use. Say, if you concur, just touchdown in Kona, Edmonton to Los Angeles to Kona. Didn't buy really that much to be honest with you. All right, look at this. Isn't this beautiful? I made it to Hawaii. I'm here for an event. And you know, the beautiful part about events is that it's all about in person trust, relationships. And my belief is that in an increasingly digital world, actually meeting people in person. Actually, traveling to see our clients, to see our customers becomes actually more important. In a recent study, 67% of professionals believe that travel is essential for their career development. On the flip side, generative AI is going to transform how we travel and work. It's going to be integrated in every single workflow and people are going to eventually expect it. So what I love is that expense. It uses AI to automatically capture all the receipt information. It even integrates with my ride. Caring business accounts and the expense report literally writes itself. I was reading that 95% of business users are open to using AI to book their travel. That's crazy. Went from Honolulu to Tokyo, now I'm going from Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur another 8 hours. Alright so yesterday I had a flight from KL to Tokyo to Vancouver to Regina, SK and I. Totally knocked out back in Canada, Back in Canada, we made it. I just ordered some food and of course I'm going to print this receipt and it's already updating that. You see that? Do you see it? It's already updating it. It's saying what it is. Dinner, dinner, dinner, chicken dinner. You know, receipts are ready to review. Thank you, SAP. Concur. They always forget is the forks. They forget the forks. But I do have a hack. In most hotels, they have the stir sticks and it turns into a chopsticks. Listen, they don't call me the innovation expert for nothing. Alright, alright. Just arrived in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This is the last city that I'm doing. But yeah, we're almost at the home stretch. Excited to see how much I spent. So I booked this entire trip using concurrent travel. And best of all, I'm going to be tracking every single receipt. Using Concur expense and checking for any delays on Tripit. Now did you know that more than 1 billion expense line item for process through SAP Concur Solutions in the past year? That's wild. I spent $872 on the most insane seven day business trip of all time. Now the majority of that cost was a hotel room that I got in Tokyo. I just needed to shower and get some work done. The rest of the cost. Were around food and other miscellaneous items. I guess what I get to go home and I don't have to do my expenses. And thank you for joining me on this incredible blog.

These days, a good PA should be more AI-savvy than their boss. I mean, if your assistant can't outsmart SAP Concur, you’ll be left watching your own travel expenses get calculated — like a spectator at a magic show wondering how your coffee ended up costing $50😜
