🦃🍂 Thanksgiving is a perfect reminder to practice intentional gratitude – not just for the big moments, but for the small ones too. Whether it’s a quiet conversation with a loved one or simply taking a breath to enjoy the season, living with intention during the holidays brings more meaning and joy to the celebrations. As you gather with family and friends, remember that it’s the quality of time, not the quantity, that leaves a lasting impact. Wishing you a warm and purposeful Thanksgiving from all of us at The Intentional Household! 🌻✨ #HappyThanksgiving #intentionalhousehold #intentionalliving #livewithintention

Friendly reminder that there’s no right way to do the holidays. Asking yourself how you most want to spend the holiday and then communicating your boundaries in advance to those you plan to be with can go a long way towards mitigating stress, anxiety, and dare I say, resentment. Even if you have always done the holidays a certain way doesn’t mean you need to continue if it’s not enjoyable. Wishing a very Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate! 🦃 🍂✨🥰 #robynneweavercoaching #portlandlifecoach #settingboundaries #lifedesign #happyholiday

Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude — but have you ever paused to think about what’s not worth keeping in your life? Like many of you, I’ve been reflecting on what I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving: family, friends, health, and the experiences that have shaped my life. But as I gave thanks, I found myself wondering — what am I not thankful for? What mindsets, habits, or regrets are holding me back from living fully and leaving the legacy I want? For me, it’s overthinking, self-doubt, and lingering regret. Letting go of these weights isn’t easy, but it’s necessary. When we release what doesn’t serve us, we make space for clarity, gratitude, and purpose — qualities that define the legacies we leave behind. This Thanksgiving, take time to reflect not just on what you’re grateful for, but on what you can let go of. What will you shed to make room for the story you want to preserve and pass down? Start shaping your legacy today.

Holidays Feel Heavy? It’s Time to Create Traditions That Heal The day before Thanksgiving can feel overwhelming, especially for daddyless daughters. As others prepare to gather with family, you might be reminded of the relationships that left you feeling unseen or unworthy. But you don’t have to let those emotions define your holiday experience. Instead of focusing on what’s missing, use today to prepare a tradition that’s just for you. Whether it’s making a favorite dish, setting time aside for reflection, or creating a gratitude ritual, let this Thanksgiving be about celebrating the strength you’ve built and the person you’re becoming. Holidays don’t have to be perfect, but they can be meaningful. Start by giving yourself the love and peace you deserve. ✍🏾 Tool: Tonight, create a simple gratitude practice. Thanksgiving is more than just a holiday. 🍂 It's a moment to pause and reflect on what truly...matters. It's easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle. To forget the simple joys that life offers. But Thanksgiving gives us a chance to remember. There's one idea that resonates deeply with me, especially during this season: Gratitude. 🙏 Gratitude is the silent hero in our stories. It shapes our perspective and drives our creativity. In many ways, it's the foundation of our work in the creative industry. Here are a few proverbs that remind me of the essence of Thanksgiving: • Gratitude turns what we have into enough. • The thankful receiver bears a plentiful harvest. This holiday, as we gather around tables, let's embrace gratitude. 🦃 Let's appreciate the ideas that make our lives richer, the connections that make us stronger, and the challenges that make us better. A happy and safe Thanksgiving to all. May your day be filled with warmth, laughter, and inspiration! 🎉 #Thanksgiving #Gratitude
