As we wrap up 2024, I can’t help but feel so proud of what an incredible year it’s been. 😊
This year brought so much growth, learning, and connection—both personally and professionally—for me and our team at Prosper Media.
We worked with amazing clients who challenged and inspired us, and yes, we also navigated the tough lessons that come with firing difficult clients.
Those experiences taught us how vital it is to align with people who share our values and vision.
We also hit some big milestones this year—like hiring our first teammate and really leaning into building habits that create consistency and momentum within our company.
Those habits are the foundation for everything we’re building.
Looking ahead to 2025, I feel more excited than ever. We’re clear on our vision, and our focus for the year is all about three key things: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗛𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.
➡️ Consistency: Sometimes, it’s the simplest things that set you apart. Whether it’s running an agency, focusing on fitness, or mastering a craft, showing up every day with intention and action is what drives success.
➡️ Hyper Focus: Let’s be honest—distractions are everywhere. New tools, trends, and “next big things” pop up constantly, but real progress happens when you double down on what you’re already doing. For us, that means staying in our lane and committing to mastering our craft.
➡️ Connecting: This one feels especially close to my heart. In 2025, we’re focusing on building meaningful relationships—connecting with mentors, creating community, and sharing what we’ve learned with others. Growth isn’t a solo journey, and the relationships we cultivate along the way are everything. 🤝
To everyone who poured into us, taught us, or worked alongside us this year—thank you. We’re deeply grateful for the amazing clients, mentors, and friends 2024 brought into our lives.
