Taking a moment to share the essence of Ramadaan – a sacred month for Muslims. It involves fasting from sunrise to sunset, delving into Quran study, and maintaining daily prayers. *Contrary to common belief, fasting is not just about abstaining from food and drink but serves as a means to renew faith and build self-discipline. Beyond refraining from the permissible, such as food and drink, fasting trains you to give up harmful addictions and being mindful of trivial pursuits. *It's worth noting that fasting is quite beneficial, contributing to improved cardiac health, enhanced brain function, strengthened immunity, and aiding in weight loss. *It also teaches gratitude, fostering empathy for those with limited resources, and promotes acts of charity, including the obligatory zakat. Employers can play a role by raising awareness in the workplace through emails or intranet updates. *Acknowledging that fasting individuals may be tired and dehydrated, it's crucial to avoid additional burdens like expecting overtime. *Steering clear of scheduling important meetings later in the day when energy levels are low is considerate. *Offering flexibility with work timings during Ramadaan, such as a shift from 9-5 to 8-4, can greatly support Muslim employees. As we embark on this sacred month, let's extend warm wishes for a meaningful Ramadaan to everyone. May this time bring peace, prosperity, and blessings to all, including our brothers and sisters in Palestine.#SupportInWorkplace #RamadaanKareem

🦃 Good Morning Claims Tribe and Happy Turkey Week! For many, this week is an exciting time—a chance to gather with family and friends, share a meal, and reflect on all we’re thankful for. But for those of us in the Tribe, I know this week can also feel far from easy. Our workload doesn’t pause for the holidays. Instead, we find ourselves with the same amount of work to tackle—just in half the time. For some of us, maybe even more, especially if we’re “that family member” who only makes a quick appearance at the Thanksgiving table before getting back to the grind. So, as we dive into this unique week, I want to remind everyone to give yourself some grace. Celebrate however you can, and remember: the Tribe is here for you. Whether you’re balancing work and family or pushing through the chaos, you’re not alone. Let’s make this a productive and meaningful week, Claims Tribe. You’ve got this! #ClaimsTribe #TurkeyWeek #WorkLifeBalance #HolidayHustle #ThanksgivingWeek #GraceUnderPressure - We Write - You Adjust, Build, & Litigate - 800-272-1601 - #HurricaneClaims #ClaimWrite #largeloss #RemoteEstimates #Writeloss #Xactimate #Appraisal #claimslife #estimates #umpire #3D #Matterport #buildingconsultants #expertwitness #supplements #inspections #Protools #level3Xactimate #legalsupport #InsuranceClaims WriteLoss™ - Claim Write Inc. 800-272-1601

Image Source : PTI Is it right to go on Chardham Yatra now or not? Chardham Yatra has started. On May 10, the doors of Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri were opened. The doors of Badrinath were opened on 12th May. Since the beginning of Chardham Yatra, a large number of people are going on pilgrimage. Devotees, who have been waiting for the beginning of Chardham Yatra for 6 months, have registered themselves and started arriving for the Yatra. Till now, more than 26 lakh pilgrims have registered for the Chardham Yatra. In such a situation, a large number of pilgrims are reaching Chardham. In such a situation, chaos has also started emerging. On one hand, during the pilgrimage, people are stuck in long traffic jams for hours. On the other hand, troubled pilgrims are raising slogans on the Gangotri-Yamunotri Highway and demanding answers from the administration on the problems being faced. <!-- /8323530/Khabar_Desktop_VDO_1X1 --> Let us tell you that due to the crowd reaching Chardham Yatra beyond the capacity, the arrangements for Chardham Yatra in the state have collapsed. Such a situation arose because a large number of passengers arrived without even registering. Let us tell you that till now 2 lakh 76 thousand 416 pilgrims have visited Chardham. According to the information received on Wednesday, 11 people have died so far during the Chardham Yatra. Of these, 4 were suffering from diabetes as well as blood pressure. However, be it Yamunotri or Gangotri, Kedarnath route or Badrinath route, people are getting stuck in traffic jams for hours on all the routes. Is it right to go on Chardham Yatra now? If we talk about wisdom, the situation is similar to what is currently being seen during the Chardham Yatra. In that regard, any traveler or devotee should postpone their visit to Chardham for the time being. After some time, you should plan your journey again and travel in a planned manner. Especially those who are suffering from any disease, must consult a doctor before going on a pilgrimage to Chardham. Because climbing steep mountains and temperature are enough to affect the human body. In such a situation, it would be wise to postpone your journey to Chardham for now and consult a doctor before travelling. Those traveling to Chardham should keep these things in mind? The reason for the chaos is also being said to be people arriving on Chardham Yatra without registration or before the given date. In such a situation, the thing to note is that if you are thinking of going on a Chardham pilgrimage, then do not go without registration. Also, even after registration, keep taking information related to your journey from the administrative officials, so that you continue to get information about the system and the correct situation. If you are going to visit Chardham, then try to use public transport. Because private vehicles have become the real cause

Last week on Sept 23 was the Saudi National Day. It was a Monday and if one added a holiday on Sunday, would have easily made a 4-day long weekend from Sept 20-24 (Saudi still works on Sunday and the weekend is Friday and Saturday) A client who I coach is a business owner and was indecisive - should he give the Sunday off to his staff or simply ask them to come to work (and deduct leaves for those who opted out)? This despite the fact that the Saudi government had announced an official leave of 4 days for the celebration. I asked the client, "Why are you hesitating? It makes perfect sense to declare a holiday and let your staff enjoy a 4-days holiday". He gave me a reason, they are working on a major project and this will cause distraction. He cannot afford to have the team loose focus. Agreed! "How would you feel when your team is physically present in office, but mentally present with their friends who are enjoying a holiday somewhere?" I asked. "Well that's not fair to the company. If they are in office, they will work". "Is that so," I asked. I told him to do an exercise - huddle them together, ask what their holiday plans are, if you decide to give them the long weekend, learn what they intend to do and then decide. He did that - and he was amazed at the responses he got - from visiting ailing parents to going on a quick vacation to even decluttering their house - each one had a plan, which they weren't able to implement for a while - just because they were overworked due to the project on hand. He gave them the long weekend - each of them not only thanked him but came back totally energetic and refreshed! More so, he felt so good about "being human" - bringing them that little joy in their overworked lives! He has now promised never to take little opportunities away. He has learned to give and experience the joy of giving. With power and authority comes responsibility - towards your team and your people. Use it well. Being petty is not a sign of a good leader, bringing joy is a sign of a great leader! #meaningbusiness #businesswithmeaning #logotherapy #meaningfullife #purposeinbusiness #businesswithapurpose #humantouch #mentalhealth
