What are team agreements, and when do we need them? I've been following the great work of Elise Keith and Dave Mastronardi from New Rules for Work for a while now. Attending their virtual conference at the start of 2023 connected me with a whole new LinkedIn community who have helped to inform and shape my thinking. I was delighted to be invited, along with some other fabulous folk, to contribute to this new four-part series they've created about team agreements. https://lnkd.in/enhQ7qYH Any of you who follow my work and have read Omni-Working, will know how I believe these play a big part in unlocking high performance flexibility for teams. On the video you'll hear a range of insights from myself, Gustavo Razzetti, Lisette Sutherland, Jim Benson, Bud Caddell, and Mark Kilby as we examine the modern history of team agreements. We all come from different backgrounds which creates a rich picture. 🚀 Leveling Up Our Team Dynamics with the Belbin Model 🤝 We just finished a great team-building session using the Belbin team role model, and it was a real eye-opener! We got to see our individual strengths and how we can work better together. 🌟 Belbin’s model highlighted the roles we naturally fit into, helping us align, support each other, and now we’ve got a common language to talk about our strengths and improvement areas. 🧩 🔍 We’re used to refining our analysis, but this session was a great reminder that teamwork needs that same attention. By understanding our roles better, we’re setting ourselves up for more effective collaboration, stronger connections, and smarter ways of working together. 💡 Thank you to Cecilie A.
