As 2024 comes to a close we’d like to say a big thank you to all our staff and the countless organisations we’ve worked with to support our customers! We’re fortunate to have more 33,000 staff who are driven to help people in every community across the country. From the most remote parts of the top end to urban cities, one thing is clear – customers are at the heart of everything we do. This year we increased recruitment across the country. We’re committed to continue our work transforming how we deliver our payments and services so they’re accessible and reach the most vulnerable. And for those who can use digital services, we’ve introduced more options for them to do their business. Thank you to those who allowed us to tell their stories, some of them incredibly personal, all of them important. We look forward to sharing more with you next year. Wishing you all happy holidays. When will the round of Service delivery positions come up ? I have been in the merit pool for an APS3 role for nearly a year, haven’t heard anything.
