I see too many small business doubling down on the 1 or 2 channels that drive demand, and these are often platforms that they don't control or own. Think Instgram / LinkedIn / Outbound / Tradeshows and the likes. While you should continue to build this and scale revenue, you *must* de-risk by adding other channels, ideally ones you own, to your marketing mix. There are multiple levers to work with to prioritise channels. Think about this like re-balancing your financial portfolio.
