In the Spotlight on Confidence there is a whole section on what contributes to confidence. I know confidence is hard to access for many people. There are good reasons for this.
Understanding some of the main elements can help you identify what might help *you* feel confident enough to do the thing you want or need to do.
There are several older posts linked in this section but the core of it is What Contributes to Confidence, in which I talk about the importance of meaningfulness, security, and support.
The Spotlight has links to other posts that go into more detail about each of those. You might also consider confidence as a different lens on previous Spotlights about Meaningfulness, or the things contributing to your insecurity (Dystopia, Uncertainty, and Disruption).
All those rabbit trails are linked in the main Spotlight. Think of this audio link as a short introduction that will help you figure out which trail is most relevant to you today.
