🚀 Just learned about the McCumber Cube, a comprehensive framework for evaluating information security initiatives! Created by John McCumber in 1991, it emphasizes three key dimensions: Foundational Principles: Focused on Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability: Confidentiality: Protects sensitive info from unauthorized access through methods like encryption and two-factor authentication. Integrity: Safeguards against unauthorized modifications, often using hash functions. Availability: Ensures authorized users can access data when needed, maintained through regular updates and backups.
