✨Prevost Partners celebrates 5 years!✨ What does this really mean? 🥳 5 years of starting {almost} every day excited about the work that lies ahead. 🥳 5 years of interacting with the best clients who challenge us every day and make work fun. 🥳 5 years of understanding it takes a village of friends in various industries who we can lean on, bounce ideas off of, and network with. 🥳 5 years of working side-by-side, in the same office, with each other. How? We’ll write about that in another post. 😆 Here’s to many more years! Joel Prevost, CMO, LNHA, LHSE, MBA Prevost Partners

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned this year is how deeply aligned recruiting and sales principles are (iykyk). Both require creating meaningful touchpoints, understanding needs, and effectively showcasing value—and this has been a year of putting those principles into action. I began 2024 continuing to hire top talent across teams to help scale Wonderschool’s mission. A few months later, I shifted gears to support our SLED contracts, recruiting aspiring childcare providers to take advantage of fully funded support for their licensing journey—and may I add, I hit the ground running. 😉 This experience gave me a close-up view of our customers’ challenges and goals, and the opportunity to empower them to chase their dreams through 1:1 guidance. As December wraps up, I’m reflecting on the skills I’ve honed and the impact I’ve made. This year has been a reminder that whether you’re hiring top talent or inspiring others to take the next step with your product/service, success comes down to building trust, active listening, and helping people envision new possibilities.

This was such a fun exercise! I love seeing everyone's workspaces, they really do reflect our personalities. I cheated, though. We are in the middle of selling our house so my space is much less cluttered than usual. I'm often asked how Fractional Law Firm CMO functions with everyone working remotely. Do I like it? Does our team feel connected? Our team spans 3 states and is growing. We stay connected using MSTeams.link and Asana and Zoom and other tools. I feel as productive and connected - perhaps even more so - than I did going into an office every day. #workingfromhome is not just about getting the laundry done, doing the dishes, going for a run, and picking up the kids (on time!!) - those are all great things, no doubt. But being able to DO those things? On YOUR time? With flexibility? That is the real benefit. ⏳More time = Less stress At the end of the day, time is the most valuable commodity.
The FLFCMO team took photos of our desks, and we've got to say... they're a pretty good reflection of our personalities! Can you match each one to its owner? Let us know your guess in the comments 👩💻 - EJ Stern, MA, CPC, co-founder and CMO - Katherine Wilson, JD 💡, co-founder and CMO - Katelyn Pforzheimer, Director of Marketing and Business Development - Devin Pascoe, Creative Director - Selina Máté, Social Media Manager (*Kelli S. Mayville, CLU®, CLTC®, Director of Operations, is on a well-earned vacation so her desk is not featured!)

It’s my favourite time of year! It’s September, which means Halloween and C*******s are just around the corner. These are both two of my favourite holidays! Also, at this time of year, I like to look back on what we’ve achieved this year, and what memories I’ve made. It fills me with so many positive vibes, which is what I thrive off. September is usually when business at Quibble ramps up - it’s a trend we’ve witnessed literally since the business started. So, we’re excited to see what projects people want to start and how we can help them. Plus, we’ve got some exciting projects on ourselves. We’re revamping our website, redecorating the office and we’re exhibiting The Business Show - Where I’ll also be talking. It’s gonna be heavy, but I’m excited to see what the next few months look like. ❓ What do the next few months look like for you? ❓What are you excited about? #September #Summer #Autumn #Planning #Business #Events #Marketing

Wonderful business! Simple concept. Easy money. This entrepreneur uses all resources she has, which includes her own truck to make the business money. Now she has the freedom to have her own schedule. #Freedom #Life #Entrepreneuer #Business
After graduating from Syracuse University in 2017 and spending three years working corporate jobs in both advertising and marketing, Vienna Hintze wanted a change. “I was kind of losing the why behind what I was doing,” she tells CNBC Make It. “I had moved out to L.A. and something just wasn’t working anymore. I had changed everything about my life except my agency.” That restless feeling led to a talk with her therapist, who advised her to create a list of what she wanted from her ideal job. About a week later, she came up with the idea to start her own flower truck business, Main Street Flower Truck. In May 2024, her flower truck brought in around $16,000 that month alone. Here's how she grew her business: https://cnb.cx/46vwBoq
29-year-old quit her job to sell flowers from a pickup truck—now she brings in up to $16,000 a month

Looking for an event to network with other Austinites without an entrance fee, a sales pitch, and not be tied to a specific industry or organization? Go right now to your calendar and block off September 5th at 5:30. My company, Collective Advisors, started Austin Social Circuit to promote a sense of community for business professionals in our city. We want to grow this into an event that people from across Austin look forward to each month to make new connections or reconnect with old friends. Here's what I promise: -Everyone is welcome as long as they are respectful of others. -No strings attached (no sales, our company organized and promoted this event, but that's all) -We promise to have it every month at the same time (the first Thursday). -We will rotate between two locations; North Austin on odd-numbered months (Bouldin Acres North, 1806 W Braker Ln by Q2 Stadium) and South Austin on even-numbered months (ABGB, 1305 W Oltorf St) Spread the word, bring your friends, share this post - I hope you can make it and we can reconnect in-person with a great conversation and I can introduce you to your next business connection 🤝 or new best friend. #AustinNetworking #AustinHappyHour #OldFriends #AustinSocialCircuit
🚀 In 3 weeks we're formally launching our recurring happy hour - Austin Social Circuit! Join us on September 5th at Bouldin Acres Braker Lane! Did you know March Madness can do more than just keep us glued to our screens? It's a cool way to bring some extra fun into the office and get our teams excited about hanging out together, whether they're in the office or joining remotely. Here's what you can try: • Set up a spot where everyone can catch the games and cheer together. • Get everyone into a bracket challenge with some neat prizes or a group cause to support. It's all about mixing a little fun into our workdays and creating those awesome moments that make our jobs enjoyable. Plus, it's a great chance to get to know our co-workers a bit better. Got any other fun ideas or stories about how March Madness is shaking things up at your workplace? Drop them in the comments below!
