🔶 We are Land Search and Rescue - Everywhere for Everyone 🔶 Our team of over 3,300 volunteers dedicated over 102,000 hours to providing crucial assistance to the lost, missing and injured throughout Aotearoa during 2023. 🧡 Our 64 Groups, and 5 Specialist teams collectively performed 456 operations that saved the lives of 35 people and rescued or assisted over 300 more. Everyone means Everyone - this is not just about adventurers on mountain tops, as over 25% of our operations were conducted in urban areas looking for regular, everyday Kiwis.
