They want to talk with you. They also have had a very long day of being ~on~ in their classroom and in staff meetings and in professional development sessions and in their own lives. 2. 𝐁𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬. In a lot of classrooms in a lot of schools, the teachers are in their first year or close to it. Know that, veteran or first year, your teachers are dedicated professionals who have put time, energy, and heart into learning the complex science and art of teaching and learning.
