At Sea Life Just, we work globally to protect our oceans. Our vision is a world where our oceans are properly protected, our healthy and full of diverse life. But sadly, 8 million tonnes of plastic pollution gets into our oceans each year, and starkly by 2050, it's estimated that there could be more plastic in our oceans than fish. So the Sea Life Trust, we've championed the need for plastic free oceans. We organise a 24 hour global beach scene where we invite our friends, our family and our colleagues to join us together in tackling the plastic pollution crisis. Sealife Arizona Green team is excited to do our part as part of the Global Beach Cleanup. Hey there, it was so much fun helping see life today clean up for the Global Beach day. Today we picked up so much trash, you wouldn't believe how many straws we found today. Hi, so I'm Susie Simpson and I'm the global education manager for Sea Life. I've traveled down from just South of London so to come and join in with the global beach clean. So I've been really happy to join the team and everyone else to actually collect litter on the beach today. Hi guys, we're from Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium and we are cleaning out Williamstown Beach. Plastic pollution is undoubtedly a massive issue, but it is an issue that we can all individually do our bit to help tackle at this 24 hour global beach queen.
