Thoughts 5. Keep promises to yourself. Your faith in your own word is vital. Build it up by starting with small promises. Say you’ll get up on time, say you’ll ring your parents. Over time you can promise yourself bigger and bigger things.

Practice confidence and faith and your fears and insecurities will soon have no power over you.

Ill will begets ill will and can even lead to a chain reaction. Often you have to be innovative to combat it. Perhaps by using goodwill to beget goodwill, which would probably also result in its own chain reaction.
