🤓 Nerding out while prepping for a workshop at EU Business School Munich on global accelerator programs! 🌍✨ It's always fun to dive deeper into the nuances of what helps entrepreneurship thrive, from ecosystems to communities. 💡 One key topic I'll touch on: the difference between entrepreneurial ecosystems and startup communities. Entrepreneurial ecosystems are complex, dynamic networks where various stakeholders contribute to innovation and economic growth (hat tip to the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation 🤝). I won! But the $150 wasn’t the biggest win here… A few weeks ago, I had the incredible opportunity to pitch one of my startups at the Morrissette Institute for Entrepreneurship. Standing in front of a panel of experienced judges, sharing my vision, and getting their feedback was an amazing experience—and to top it off, I won! While the $150 prize was a nice bonus, the real value came from everything else: the chance to practice pitching, refine my ideas, and connect with other entrepreneurs. I got to hear about some incredible startups and even met someone I’m now planning to collaborate with on a future project. For those who’ve heard me hint about this venture before—it’s still under wraps for now, but not for much longer. When I’m ready to announce, it’s going to be big, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you. For now, I just want to thank the Morrissette Institute and everyone involved for creating a space to learn, grow, and connect.
