BLACK FRIDAY DEALS… ON STOCKS! Let’s be honest, seeing stocks drop isn’t exactly what comes to mind for a Black Friday bargain. But sometimes, those market dips are really just DISCOUNTS in disguise. So, instead of spending your money on things you don’t really need, why not invest in stocks that are trading at a discount? What might seem like a dip today could turn into tomorrow’s biggest win! 📉 Disclaimer: The percentages shown reflect the one-week performance of these stocks as of November 29, 2024, 1 PM GST.

Many retail most loved stocks, mainly due to being lower priced, have entered or are staring at getting entered into bear market territory. Whereas major benchmark indexes are making new all-time highs almost every alternate day, then these stocks are down almost between -30% and -50% in the short duration of the last three to six months. #kaizencapital #stocks #investing

The stock market selling was brutal today. Wipeout Wednesday. More to come as the market has not reached a capitulation-phase of selling just yet. \ The VIX, or a well known fear indicator (volatility) is rising. That is most likely telling us that we are headed for more selling and possibly an ugly setup to the end of this week and into next week. But also remember that markets seldom move in straight lines and there could be a bounce on Friday only to meet more selling next Monday. Choppy trade ahead. At this stage, best to keep cash on the sideline and wait for better prices. Those who are long term investors- don't panic. don't sell. These selloffs are normal and the market is long overdue for 5-10% pullback. Be patient. Build your shopping list. Be ready to deploy new capital later in the summer/early autumn. The chart of the week analyzes the first 50 trading days of the year when the S&P 500 returned 5% or more. Out of the last 25 occurrences, the market has been positive 24 times the remainder of the year, which is a 96% success rate. Additionally, the average return during these periods is significant, at 12.6%. The only exception was in 1987 when the infamous Black Monday stock market crash happened. Although this is based on historical data, a 24/25 success rate gains your attention. #momentum #history #waitandsee #alltimehighs
