An interesting article featured by HR Magazine today suggesting that many of the employee benefits that companies offer aren't used, either because they're not seen to be useful or of value, or not easy enough to access. What are the benefits your company offers? When was the last time you, or anyone in the team, actually made use of them? What are the most popular ones? What are the ones no-one ever uses? The article advises regularly reviewing what you offer, listening to what your employees really want and improving how employee benefits are communicated to improve uptake. Good benefits can help with staff engagement, retention and recruitment. If your company is paying to have benefits in place, it's even more important to ensure they actually are of benefit and the have the desired result, to achieve your ROI! Pure HR can help you review your benefits packages and improve the way they are communicated to your team, to ensure they're adding real value to employees as well as helping you achieve your team-related objectives. #hrconsultants #hradvice #employeebenefits
