This program is a big part of the solution to the problem businesses all over the country and parts of the world are having right now. A shortage of skilled trades people. It is a critical problem in south Florida now and only going to be worse unless more employers get onboard with this program. all the heavy lifting has been done by MIASF and JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT. ‘thank you to a couple of the folks doing a lot of the heavy lifting, Christine Battles, Felix Collazo and Lori Wheeler. There are dozens more people making this program work. we always need more. stop talking about the talent shortage and get involved in the solution.
