The message and objectives are great, Enterprise Ireland / Enterprise Ireland USA, but I will give the same feedback I provide to my colleagues here in #Connecticut…€50,000-€100,000 PSSF can be very meaningful to a young #advancedmanufacturing or #deeptech #startup, but providing this as a convertible debt note is missing the point. These funds need to be provided as either outright grants or forgiveable loans based on performance milestones. Otherwise it is not an equitable public-private-collaboration.
