For all my fellow Property Management colleagues... Something we get asked often.... What is GFP? Government Property: Includes any form of real or personal property in which the Government has an ownership, leasehold, or other property interest as well as a right or other intangible interest that is purchased with Government funds, including the services of contractor personnel.

GFP is a type of Government property. It’s property that is provided for contract performance by the Government: it also includes deliverables when the deliverable is furnished back to the contractor for use in contract performance. It does not include contractor acquired, Government owned property.
